- ANYONE can cook if they want to. It is so easy to saute a few veggies and tomatoes, boil some pasta and toss it all together. Eating out is usually over-rated and high priced. I have never even heard of 8 of the restaurants on the list.

- Agree with Silverton, Scar. DUI - Driving Under the Influence. DWI - Driving While Intoxicated. It is just semantics and varies from state to state. When I lived in CA, it was DUI. When I moved to TX, it became DWI.
